Awful! Didn't send prescription. 7 days late. I was due to start my pill Saturday so I put prescription in on Tuesday - giving at least 72 hours. Went to collect from my local pharmacy and the surgery hadn't even sent it across, leaving me without any pills for 2 days! Then went to surgeon to collect and they gave me the wrong pill on the prescription!
