I'm always very satisfied with my vists to the Glebe surgery. It's fairly easy to get an appointment. My doctor (Dr. Woodhams) is always sympathetic to my needs and gives good advice.

In my opinion you've got it about right.

Unless you phone at 8.30 it can be a long wait to speak to a receptionist.

I am very fortunate to be a patient at The Glebe Surgery and have always found my Doctor, all the medical staff and the receptionists to be caring and professional, for which I thank them.

I occasionally have to wait quite a while to speak to a receptionist on the phone especially earlier in the day, but I do know they are very busy. If it's a call relating to booking a routine appointment and I know where I am in the queue I will phone back later.

I was 2nd in a queue on the phone and given an appointment within a reasonable length of time

As always, the staff at the Glebe were kind, friendly & informative regarding the treatment I received

Nothing to be improved on,I have always managed to get an appointment when needed. Staff are always friendly
