Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. The nurse that I see is excellent. She explains everything in detail, makes you feel very comfortable and includes you in decisions. Couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you!

In my case nothing. I am really pleased with how I have been dealt with and the lovely nurse who deals with me is excellent.

It takes too long to get an appointment to see your own doctor face to face!
You can however speak to a doctor same day if an emergency.
Suggested improvements
Try to get back to pre covid times when you could see your doctor within a week.
