Very easy to get an appointment by phone with helpful receptionist. Dr Sherwell as always was very caring and compassionate. Excellent listener , giving me time to sfare my concerns . He gave me information and advise how to improve things and was understanding of my concerns. Thank you The Glebe

I was contacted to come and see Nicola the diabetic nurse to discuss high blood results. I did get reminders which said it would be a telephone appointment though I knew it wasn’t so could cause confusion.

Since moving to the area 18 months ago I’ve been amazing at how professional and caring everyone body is. Especially Dr Newson, who’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever come across.

The staff were very nice & the surgery is an excellent modern building but the appointment queue for a blood sample after seeing the Doctor was 10 days which is much too slow for such a simple and quick but critical process. If it is just standard check ups then a booking time of 10 days is fine, but when people are ill and the blood test is to investigate the root cause of their illness then the test should not be more than 1 or 2 days after seeing the Doctor

Separate queues for blood tests for routine checks & illness investigation. Have a target for illness blood tests to not take more than 2 days
