I’d phoned in the morning and was told that Dr Newsome would call me at 1.15pm which he did. The call reassured me and he gave me some information.

In the current circumstances, we are very lucky to be with a surgery that is functioning as well as the Glebe. The staff both clinical and support are invariably helpful, friendly and efficient but clearly working under extreme pressure as a supportive team. I can only hope that this pressure can be relieved as the current situation is frankly unsustainable but is largely beyond the control of the individual practice.

There is little the practice can do to improve the already excellent service that my wife and I consistently receive.

Initial blood test appt made by text request to simple online system. Very efficient. Follow up was by telephone invite from surgery for a choice of appt times within 5 days. Very easy.
