By telephone can be difficult sometimes, only because they are very busy but the Receptionists are always willing to help when you go in

I've not had any issues booking an appointment and I can usually be seen quickly. There is sometimes a queue on the telephone, but my call is answered fairly quickly.

Can and had a wait up to 3 weeks to get an appointment with my assigned GP.

My first visit to the surgery for a doctors appointment and I was impressed with the facilities

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do have WiFi available to patients called NHS Wi-Fi and will not require a password. There was an issue with it recently, which may be why you couldn't find it, but it has now been fixed.

Staff are lovely, I always get an appointment or they do their best to accommodate me, thank you

Being able to skip all the talk on the phone system if you know what number to press, the long monologue is really annoying
