Although there was several staff sick I only had to wait a couple of days for an appointment and the nurse was very helpful, efficient and professional.

The online form is a bit long to fill in. But once I had my appointment I felt really supported by Dr Sarah, she talked through risks and benefits of all available treatments and then sent me further information to inform my decision.

The reception staff were very helpful and Dr Newsome was understanding and took hos time to listen to us.
