Good welcome by receptionist. Lovely GP with a great care sense of humour. Always discusses treatment. Try always to see my own G.P but have to make appointment well in advance. When seen other G.Ps often feel rushed on the whole feel very blessed to have such good care!

First, I phoned the surgery to track down a lost prescription. This was at mid-day not at a peak time. I waited 20 minutes for the phone to be answered and when it was, the receptionist searched and said my prescription had been passed to the pharmacy. I phoned the pharmacy, they answered quickly, performed their searches and declared they hadn't received the prescription. I drove to the surgery as it would be quicker than phoning. Three receptionists were busy discussing their holiday bookings to the sounds of telephones ringing in the background. The receptionist confirmed that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, whilst breaking off to discuss her leave. At my persistence they checked the prescription box again and declared it had just arrived, dated 7 days previous. Good doctoring is being let down.
