Good care of late except:
Question 6 - last October I had to phone surgery for appointment for my wife. Started phoning 8.30 am.
Finally got through at 9.07. Few days later the same happened again.
This time it was nearly 30 minutes. More phone lines/receptionist need to be available at busy times i.e early mornings.
