This new "sit and wait clinic" is beyond a farce. People who actually have jobs and can't just sit around and wait have been really shot in the foot. Waiting 40+ minutes for a non guaranteed doctors appointment is absolutely disgusting. I'm paying my taxes for this? I will be moving surgeries as this is diabolical service. And the fact the receptionists are rude, short, blunt and think that they are in actual fact doctors, is laughable. The absolute worst decision is getting rid of timed appointments. Talk about putting the NHS to shame. How long should you have to wait before giving up? The sooner they scrap this "brilliant idea" the better. Absolutely disgusted.
