The receptionists are very kind, considerate and helpful. They do everything possible to help you in any way they can. The Doctors at the surgery are very kind and helpful in ensuing you get the right treatment for whatever ails you.
The only slight fault or problem is that there are longer waiting times than advised sometimes. Other than that, The Ferns is amazing!
