I managed to get an appointment for myself but not my 15 month old daughter although they were requested at the exact same time. It’s harder for my 15 month to be seen as the Woking walk in centre doesn’t see anyone under 2 , so the only other option was the urgent care unit at St Peter’s which I didn’t this was suitable noting the care wasn’t urgent , we just needed someone to listen to Betsy’s chest.
However the reason why I am putting this down as good feedback is because DR Gandham was brilliant with Betsy , although it was my appointment she agreed to take a look at Betsy even though we were past her shift, we are really appreciative of this.
Suggested improvements
I would prioritise anyone under the age of 2 for an appointment
