Nicky Nelson is fantastic. Always gets you in early if she is free and continually has a smile on her face. It is a pleasure to attend and there is never any problem with Nicky taking blood from my battered veins!! A real asset to the surgery.
I also visited Dr Richards at the same surgery. Also a really nice, professional doctor who explained everything clearly throughout my appointment. He even called me back when the first set of antibiotics were not strong enough and prescribed some stronger ones. Very friendly and welcoming - again, another total asset to the surgery.
Well done all round guys - keep up the good work.
