I got a same day appointment by waiting from 7.45 in the waiting room as when I had tried by phone all that days appointments had gone. however, having requested a female Dr for a very personal matter I was very impressed with the way Dr Knight dealt with my problem. She was thorough, and put me at ease. I was never made to feel rushed. she explained every step of the examination and spent time explaining the referral and treatment she thinks I need.
her manner was both friendly and reassuring. I was most impressed with my treatment today.
