I realise GP's are super busy, however this surgery is poorly run. You cannot get an apt ever, if there aren't enough appointments to go around to current patients, suspend allowing new patients. The website needs updating, particularly the section about contacting in the afternoon for urgent requests. I can tell you now you have more chance of seeing pig fly than speaking to a gp or medical professional if you call on the afternoon. They say there have been 166 missed apts in October 2022, I find this hard to believe when you can't get an apt in the first place. It's impersonal, frustrating, stressful and very sad.

Stop allowing untrained non medical professionals deciding if a patient needs to see a doctor or not. You call yourself a family practice, well you need to get back to the heart of what a family practice does.
