The biggest problem with this doctors is how difficult it is to get an appointment. The phoning at 8.30am (along with 35,000 other patients) to try and get through is totally soul destroying. When you do eventually get through you are inevitably told that all appointments for that day have gone! I keep saying I will transfer to another surgery but have been with them a long time.
That aside, the doctors are great and I cannot fault them (particularly Dr Richards who is the most genuine doctor there!)
