8.03 am, I a trying to get an appointment, but the phone queue is up to capacity .How is this possible? Shame. It is now 3rd week that I am trying to book an appointment and this is impossible.

Suggested improvements
Change reception staff, You should employ people that are willing to help, not to leave an answer machine on with this kind of message. What should I do now? I need an doctor, and already 3 weeks without appointment possibility.
