8.03 am, I a trying to get an appointment, but the phone queue is up to capacity .How is this possible? Shame. It is now 3rd week that I am trying to book an appointment and this is impossible.

Change reception staff, You should employ people that are willing to help, not to leave an answer machine on with this kind of message. What should I do now? I need an doctor, and already 3 weeks without appointment possibility.

Good environment, very clean but difficult to get an appointment. Receptionist are not helpful either with the way they speaks to patient without human feelings. The appointment issue need to be sorted and the phone line as well. How can one be on the phone for 40mins and nothng came out of it in the end. So frustrating and disappointing.

Good doctors but impossible to get appointments. Receptionists not helpful and sometimes incompetent. Avoid this surgery if possible. I am just about to move my family to a different practice. Any where is better than phoning every morning, being held in a queue for about 15/20 mins and then be told all appointments are gone and try again next morning. Frustrating at best and so angry at worst.
