The reception staff are extremely rude as is the telephone manner. I have yet to make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse as I can not get an appointment . Is this the reason A&E is bursting at the seams due to the complete lack of professionalism offered by our local health care centres (Doctors)? Your thoughts and experiences .
