Dr Moldovan as she is the only person that treats people with respect and consideration
That I came across today at the thorndike
Suggested improvements
Telephone service still poor
Nearly impossible to get an appointment
The attitude of some reception staff is poor and not helpful
Can’t remember if a ladies name is Sophia or Sophie she really helpful and apologetic of her colleagues
