The Croft Practice

Unfortunately I did have a problem with one of the receptionist regarding trying to get an appointment. However, I did get an appointment and then followed this up with a formal complaint. I was very surprised and grateful for the way my complaint was dealt with and could not fault the speed it was dealt with. In all organisations things go wrong, but it's the way these are dealt with, which is the important thing. The Croft is a good practice and since joining, other than this one situation I have always been happy with the Croft.

I am very happy with the care we receive from The Croft Surgery. The only problems we encounter are the same as the rest of the country ie too few appointments and problems making an appointment although the system where the surgery returns your call is great and saves waiting on the telephone forever.

Can’t fault the doctor or staff biggest issue is not enough appointments in general when I book my last one it’s was 2 months away, that a long time especially with someone who has on going health issues. Unfortunately our little surgery is not big enough to cope with the growing infrastructure

Great doctors surgery. Very easy to get an appointment and helpful staff. The doctors are great too. Very happy with this practice and would recommend.
