I had a bad experience this week trying to book an appointment. The receptionist was very abrupt. Unable to book an appointment until next week - well after my fit note runs out. I was told to discuss with my employer!
Requested 2 prescriptions but told they would be available over the counter. Not happy as I have PPC.
