I got through to the switchboard quite quickly and was signposted to the urgent care practitioner with an appoint within one hour of making the call.
Kevin( UCP) was lovely & seemed efficient.
Follow up calls are quick as you can request a call back if there are more than three in the queue in front of you. I was impressed.
