The Doctors in the surgery are very nice, however not all the receptionists are helpful and caring. among 3 or 4 receptionists there is a particular one who is always making the patient's life difficult. She is not caring and not much concerned about emergency problems ones experiences. Very cold and mean person. She should improve her attitude and be more understanding and humane at times.
