Go to another practice, receptionists are unsympathetic they speak too you as if they are something better than you their telephone manner is pathetic, they obviously do not know how to perform their role professionally, it's about time they sacked them or at least monitored their performance, very poor rating for this surgery they should all have a good look at themselves, and trying to get an appointment is ridiculous . THEY COULD NOT RUN A BATH never mind a practice
