I have been with the surgery for almost 8 years during which time I have suffered a number of ailments of varying nature. I have had impeccable service throughout the whole period. Doctors really do treat you as a individual and are always welcoming keen to help and offer solutions, options to deal with the situation. Referrals have always been offered when needed and actioned without delay. The surgery is spacious very clean and all staff offer excellence in what they do best nurses receptionists. Yes you may have to wait a while for an appointment but when urgent I have never been let down.

You could certainly look at the sending out if communications. I think it’s a waste when you send me a letter instead of emailing. I had one only two weeks ago. But otherwise I am very very happy with the services offered

We took the decision to move from Cambridgeshire to Deal one year ago. I was very concerned about leaving my doctors as I have several health concerns but The Cedars Surgery have made the transition easy for us. Initially I had a few teething problems with repeat medication but all has been resolved now. Dr. Crowe and Sue the asthma nurse have been outstanding in my ongoing care and I am completely reassured that we have made a great choice of doctors surgeries. Thank you for looking after me so well in our first year in Deal.

Made an appointment about clinical depression and serious mental health which might lead to suicide. The surgery didn't ring then pretend my appointment was for next day in an email furthermore stating your appointment has either been cancelled or changed. No other specifics. Still haven't got another appointment. They don't care if you live or die.

Stick to an appointment made especially when it's concerning the welfare and mental state of a seriously ill patient.

My family have used the Cedars since we moved here 28 years ago. They have given us great service throughout that time. They were especially supportive of our younger daughter who had complex medical issues.

Short of offering a cup of tea I cannot think of anything.

Dr Duffy is an excellent doctor who has really been monertering my health condition.
