If you ring for an emergency appointment your asked to see a pharmacist, which ofcourse the pharmacist will say see the doctor so went through this process. Got an apppintment later on in the day considering i rang at 9am was given an appointment at 5 after having to run around and see a pharmacist. The doctor couldn't have been more hasty I appreciate it was an emergency appointment and I am grateful to have been seen but it was very rude the way the doctor didn't even let me sit down and start looking at the problem area diagnosed in 3 seconds given prescription in 5 seconds I was still talking to her and she couldn't have been more rude by totally ignoring me. Sorry I can't help you with anything else today only with the problem you called in with. Is it not better to air app problems while your there or to wait another 4 weeks before being able to even book an appointment. And not to forget as I was in the queue at reception and a girl comes from the waiting room and just starts speaking to the receptionist and the receptionist didn't even care I was first in queue. Pathetic surgery Pathetic staff all around I will surely be leaving! If you have a death wish be sure to visit the callowland surgery!
