A good surgery had come on leaps and bounds since moving from pope road and keeping up to date with the times staff pleasant calm atmosphere when feeling poorly

I have been with this practice for many years the doctors are very good you couldnt get any better treatment and the receptionists are so polite and helpful you can always get a an appointment you nevet have to wait very pleased and happy with this surgery

The Ladies on Reception are very, very helpful whether it's telephoning or arriving for an appointment or collecting a prescription, they are both pleasant and professional.
The Surgery Waiting Area is spacious, very well organised with a lot of helpful information on TV screens and your appointment notification is on screen with a voice over.
The actual surgeries are also well laid out and comfortable making conversation with the Doctors both private and easy.
The other facilities are well displayed and directions to toilets etc. are very clear.

Since TBCP moved to the new premises I've found the quality of care to be outstanding.
The new building is fit for purpose and the facilities clean and tidy.
I generally only use the online booking system but have never had too much trouble finding an appointment within an adequate timescale.
I find the GP's to be very open and honest and give you all the information to make balanced decisions on the care.
Earlier this year Dr Ffoukes gave me a referral to Slimming World which has ultimately resulted in a 6 stone weight loss so far.
Dr Chandan treated me for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by way of injection and he was very professional by way of explaining all the side effects & do's & don'ts.

depends on which receptionist you speak to parking could be more timing of appointments regarding waiting is excellent

Thank you for your comments. We purchased all the car parking available to us when we moved and this was the most we could secure. However there is free parking for most of the day outside of the new village, on Crown Lane and surrounding streets; just a short walk away. If you're unsure of where to park please speak to a receptionist on arrival as there are parking restrictions in place within the new village itself.
