I'd had long term pain in my shoulder and asked if there was anything that could be done, having tried physio to no avail. I was asked to get an X-ray done to rule out any injury and then offered a Cortizone injection. I got this done today, which didn't hurt at all and felt immediate relief, being able to lift my arm up higher than I had managed for months. I was warned that it might feel worse tomorrow and the full benefit could take a few days but I'm very glad I had it done. Thank you Dr Chandan.
