Sadly, as we get older (I am 72) we have to visit our doctors more often than we would wish. This is certainly the situation for me. The quality of "service" that I have received from all doctors at the Bromley Common Practice has been excellent.Recently, I have been seen by Dr Chandon who always manages to put me at my ease and listens to my "concerns". I cannot praise him too much. Having said this all other doctors at the Practice are excellent albeit they are always under pressure. It seems to me that Bromley Common Practice is making a big effort to maintain high standards of customer care and customer service.
Since moving to new premises I am very impressed with the reception staff. In a recent telephone conversation I could not speak too highly of the manner that I was spoken to by the lady answering the telephone. I wish I had asked her name.
Keep up the good work treating patients with consideration and professionalism
