Can always get an appointment when I call up or walk in. Getting repeat prescriptions can be made a bit easier though. It's not straightforward as you have different members of staff telling you you can order over the phone or you have to send an email or you need to come down and request one. Should be automated every couple of weeks.

Response from The Bromley Common Practice

Thank you for your feedback. The practice is unable to 'automate' the prescription requesting system. The reason we don't accept requests by phone is one of safety. However patients are able to request their prescriptions in several ways. You may write to us or drop in your repeat slip in person. We also accept emails or faxes. Some pharmacies will also request your medication on your behalf too. The method that most patients find the quickest and simplest is to set up an online account. You can then request prescriptions and book/cancel appointments online, via your laptop or smartphone. There's even an app! Why not take a look at our website for further information?
