Share review of The Bromley Common Practice

I have been a patient at the Practice for 12 years. The care received has been excellent. On the odd occasion when needed the medical team have gone out of their way to assist in respect of an extra one off prescription item, a referral letter or if at all possible an emergency appointment. Sometimes it can be difficult to make phone contact, especially early in the morning, the reception team can be overwhelmed and there may be a delay to the appointment time but this is understandable (at least I think so) and is not and should not be a cause for complaint. I have now been seen by all of the medical team including the practice nurses at one time or another and do not mind who my appointment is with as all have access to my computer medical records.
