When changing surgeries to Bromley Common Practice 4 years ago, I was immediately pleased with how helpful the receptionists were compared to previous experiences. Getting an appointment quickly is not too difficult with the open surgery in the mornings and emergency appointments at 11am. The nurse and doctors there now are all friendly, understanding and supportive. I really appreciate how good their knowledge is of my family's healthcare. The one improvement I would make would be to have more midwife appointments available. I understand this problem is not just down to the surgery, however I was left without an appointment for the 4 weeks before giving birth at either the surgery or local hospital as each told me to speak to the other as they were fully booked.
