Just one criticism. The automated voice that announces people's names for their appointment is absolutely useless and if it's supposed to help it doesn't. The pronunciation of names is laughable. My name is Purcell not Puzzle!!

I agree that the voice is not what we had hoped for. As per my next comment, we have fed this back to the software company. We can not switch it off entirely as, imperfect as it is, it does help those with sight loss know when they have been called by the doctor or nurse.
