I have been registered with the Surgery for the past four years. The surgery has now moved to a new purpose built facility which is shared with another surgery and the change has been transformational. The new surgery has ample parking, it is very clean and reception staff is very friendly. I particularly like the fact that the surgery uses SMS based appointment reminder system. I am also very pleased with my new GP, Dr Kiran Chandan, who has recently joined the surgery. The only minor irritant is the PA system used by the surgery which needs a lot left to desire. Overall, I am very pleased with the surgery and would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you like our new building and that our staff have made you feel welcome. I fully agree that the automated voice on the PA system has a lot to be desired! The voice needs to be switched on for those patients with sight loss. However we have fed back our concerns regarding the pronunciation to the software company and so await their next developments.
