I was there last week and also yesterday, surgery staff was very polite and helpful.
I am very please with Dr.Kiran Chandan, he is also helpful, kind and a good doctor.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and the doctors do their best to listen to your needs and concerns.

Very easy to get appointment. Staff always polite and helpful. Always been seen by Doctor on time.
Doctor has always been willing to explain all options and to seek my opinion and wishes.
Very friendly makes life much easier with a great GP.

Long waits to see a doctor and poor reception team. Happy for you to wait up to an hour but god forbid you are late for an appointment.

I'm sorry that you had a long wait to see a doctor. We do try to be flexible when patients arrive late too, but that's not always possible.
