Having recently moved house, this was the closest practice to my new address, and I have been extremely happy with the staff, from front of house (reception) to behind the scenes (docs and nurses). The practice is bright, clean and modern with adequate parking, and it doesn't seem to be a problem to get an appointment, even on the day. My GP is Dr. Chandan, who 'listens' to me and seems genuinely interested in the welfare of his patients. I am very happy with this practice.

The receptionist tried to help when I scratched my hand on the weighing machine cuff as I put it in. It was bleeding and she didn't seem too bothered ,took ages getting a plaster and came back with a tiny blood test round one which was no good for a long scratch. She hadn't really looked and didn't care.

My doctor surgery has been a great help to me over the years with my diabetic control. Though I may not have always been the easiest of patients, I trust my doctor's opinion and always take their suggestions on-board when deciding what I feel is right for me. l am more than happy with the surgery because it means more to me to have a service I can trust. The surgery doctors always have time to talk about my issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them. I cant speak highly enough of the support that my doctors surgery has given me.

I wished there was more evening times that I was able to see my dr I appreciate drs work long hours but a couple of evenings z week for us workers would be good

Thank you for your comments, We have recently started offering evening appointments on a Friday, as well as our usual Thursday evening. We also offer an early morning surgery 4 mornings a week from 7am and one Saturday morning surgery a month. I hope that you can now find an appointment time to suit you.
