The move to the new premise has been very welcome. The facilities measure up to any good private service. Ample parking and friendly staff is a huge positive.

The Bromley Common practice is clean and modern and the receptionists and doctors are very kind and friendly.

The receptionists are generally helpful. It's an open plan reception and waiting area and they talk to you in a manner that doesn't let everyone waiting know why you're there.

The Receptionist don't ask personal questions and Do there best to find convenient appointments for me, without too much waiting time.when booking appoint ments on the phone.
The surgery is clean and well appointed
The staff are nice and efficient as well as being helpful and polite.
