I had a appoitment today at 10.40 am and came to the surgery on time. The automatic check in screen was not working so I checked in at the reception. After waiting over a half an hour I went back to the reception to ask what is going on. I've been told that doctor is too busy, and that there is another 4 people before me! So that is another 40 minutes at least, because of 10 minutes appoitments. Not happy at all to wait over an hour for my appoitment and mainly I have not been informed of such a delay when I checked in! As I had my 15 months old son with me I couldnt wait any longer, so I asked at the reception for an appoitment for tomorrow. As usual, I have been told that there is none only next week Monday! Not a happy patient!
I'm sorry that you were kept waiting for your appointment on Monday. Sometimes doctors running late is unavoidable due to the nature of general practice, but you are absolutely correct that someone should have kept you informed of the delay. I shall reiterate this with our reception team again. Whilst we encourage patients to book in advance when possible we always release a batch of appointments on the day. Sorry once again that you were not happy with your recent experience of the practice.
The staff are very professional and helpful. Alternative appointments are no problem and staff pleasant.

I was impressed.
Visited reception on Monday and received a warm smile and advice to come back early the next day for the open doctors surgery.
Arrived next day at 8-20 am, and secured an appointment for 9-30 am.
I returned and was seen by a doctor at exactly 9-30 am.
Dr Chandon was warm and gave me confidence that he know what he was doing. He sent me for an x-ray immediately.
The service could not be improved...
Thank you for your feedback
All good
