Shocking service! Receptionists are extremely rude. I cannot get an appointment, I've to ask my husband who's English to phone an book it for me. I've been living in the UK for 15 years, studied here but they always seem to make a point that they can't understand me and start speaking to me in a very patronising way.
My experience with doctors is ok, but last time had a bad experience with a Middle Eastern doctor who told me off for asking a question after the 10m appointment.
I get very stressed having to go there and unfortunately I've been quite a few times in the last months.
