Blackheath Royal Standard is a very busy local practice like all other GP Surgeries and Health Centres are still recovering from the pandemic. Over time I am sure services will continue to return to normal with more face to face appointments being offered to patients along side telephone consultations for more minor ailments. Getting through to the surgery is difficult as patients all told to call at the same time. Appointments could be booked through out the day when patients call the surgery.Wether for face to face appointments or telephone consultations.

Appointment system otherwise cannot fault the surgery .

They take at least half an hour to answer phone and then they say lieyes

Yes get rid of Dr n. Patel and the drs surgery will improve and help their patients much better

Incredibly rude receptionist who clearly is not interested in the wellbeing of the surgery's patients, inc. people like me with a hearth condition. A great shame.

Receptionist clearly needs to be retrained or possibly trained from scratch on interacting with people, particularly ones with medical conditions and small children. A job like hers does require a certain level of being able to associate with people which the lady in question (presented at the reception at 4pm on Friday, 28th May 2021) does not posses at present.

Need more full time doctors on duty to be able to create more patient appointments. Othewise excellent surgery.
