The problem is the Reception team at this surgery. They are hostile to enquiries which require more than yes or no answers. They lose letters. They lose prescriptions. They dislike people who reasonably demand more of them. The practice manager creates a fiction to such complaints that bear no relation to the actual complaint made and tries to put responsibility back on the patient ( who is normally vulnerable). Most of the Clinical staff are professional, but there are some exceptions. The surgery is in a nice location and is well organised, but if you challenge them they are very unhelpful. Really can't recommend if you are ill and need sensitive care.
