The pharmacy section seems totally disorganised - nothing is ever ready and one time I had to return four times for the right prescription

The doctor plate is a great doctor and this clinic is so lucky to have a doctor like him

Im new to the surgery but compared with my last gp this surgery is brilliant I thought that all nhs surgerys would give poor service due to funding cuts and being very much over stretched but I am pleased to say danbury surgery really is lovely.

There is ALWAYS a delay in actually getting spoken to when I call up; recently the wait has been about 10mins each time I call, and sometimes I have to give up and call later because I wait too long.
I think you need someone who is available to answer the phone whilst the two receptionists are busy.
