Very annoying telephone system. Need to wait until the end of the very long message before being able to choose your option. Makes for a costly phone call. Why can't you choose option 1 (to make an appointment) without waiting and wasting time and money listening to the whole message?!

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We have recently updated the telephone system. It now allows the caller to interrupt the message as soon as the appropriate option has been heard. I hope you will now find the telephone system a lot quicker.
