The doctors keep changing, I've been a patient since i was born and the doctors rarely changed. I hope some regular doctors stay with the practice so it does not lose the familiar community feel. The telephone service asks to select a number for your call to be directed to the right person. I've tried it in my mobile and a landline but the number option doesn't work and carrys on talking through the options. I have to wait until it automatically diverts me to reception at the end of the recorded message. Can take a while to listen to all this just to get through to someone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We have been very fortunate in employing three new Doctors who we hope will stay with us for a period of time. However, as in most professions these days, people rarely stay indefinitely in the same job. We have also updated the telephone system recently and patients can now choose the option they require as soon as they hear it rather than wait for the whole message to play.
