I am a new patient to the surgery and can't praise the staff I have come across so far enough. The young man (Chris) who gave me the necessary paperwork was very pleasant and friendly. The gave me lots of information about the Practice, i.e. names of doctors and their sex. Advised me who to see for family planning (practice nurse) and the procedure for booking appointments. He also directed me to the website which I found to be very clear and informative.
