Having moved to the are 3 yrs ago i have not used the surgery often however i can state that Drs hunt & Alloa were very attentive and professional at what they did. On the other hand when i had an appointment made to see a Dr Bhima i was not impressed to be told i have 5 minutes and also that she did not want to discuss more than the one issue i had and to make further appointments for each issue. Subseqently
I attended the springfield medical centre ( i had a small payment to make) but my issues were treated very quickly to my satisfaction and surgery which was required, all sorted in a total of 5-6weeks from my 1st visit to conclusion.
It was fast/effectively/ and could NOT fault my treatment.
My point is why did i have to take these steps as if i proceeded as instructed i would still be making visits to surgery now as opposed to having a conclusion?
