i have been Diagnosed with FND and the GPs have NO IDEA how to treat it, to the point i had to submit a complaint to the The Avenue Medical Centre ALSO Frimley Health trust i Requested a Referral to a FND specialist that is available on the NHS, but The Avenue Medical Centre WILL NOT refer me, in the end i had to PAY PRIVATLY to get help, even once a medical report was sent The Avenue Medical Centre, they were STILL not interested in treating me, and only offered me CBT for Insomnia and NOTHING to treat the Functional Neurological Disorder USELESS SURGERY

After 9 months you could have at least TRIED to help me

Monday 14th August. Didn't take long to get through to Drs reception. Got a call booked in. Callback from Dr 2 hours later, appointment booked half hour later. Saw Dr, she was brilliant. Very thorough. Arranged xray for mum urgently and full blood check for Thursday. Referred for carer support for mum via health team.

Couldn’t book an appointment here as full but was offered an appointment at barani medical centre so happy to go there . It’s close by and helpful to working patients like myself.

Absolutely disgusting I work full time and have been outpatient by the hospital and need a series of follow up test done but nothing for 3 weeks . Should maybe sit and not have job would be easier .

Old fashioned and oblivious to efficiency. Neil is too complacent and Steve's efforts always seem unimpressive. Could, and should, do better.
