Waited until near the end of the week as found it pointless trying earlier.

Not really once I made the appointment it all worked fine.

It is very stressful with calling for appt especially for that day when you are waiting for nearly 20mins on this occasion but once thru very understanding and helpful

Maybe give fixed appointments and not leave it just to call on the day each day to HOPE and pray you get seen

I used the e-consult facility and received an appointment within 20minutes of sending in the consult. The appointment booked was within 72hours, excellent and easy to use service. By using e-consult I felt that I wasn’t wasting my time or the surgery’s for something which may not have needed medical attention. After my appointment I received a message within 30minutes to confirm that my concern had been referred.

This was a gold standard service.

Everything was very professional.

Just my opinion, but the triage process at reception, when phoning in, could be improved to enable your first point of contact to understand the caller's needs and convey this understanding, to then be able to respond appropriately.

I called in the morning for an appointment and got one at 11.30. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding and the ANP was very thorough and reassuring.The surgery is always clean and tidy.
