I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, the doctor was very helpful and friendly and hopefully the new medication will help my knee problem ....

The team at Arundel surgery are excellent. The only problem we have is with appointment availability. I don’t know how the staff at the surgery manage to perform at the level they do whilst under so much pressure. They are seriously understaffed.
I have always found them to be incredibly dedicated. In my experience they unfailingly treat people with respect and humanity, no matter how overwhelming their workload seems. They remain friendly and efficient, even when working well beyond what should be expected of them.

I want to say employ more staff, but I know there is a massive shortage of qualified applicants.
